Your Rights & Responsibilities

These terms and conditions apply to the Sportex platform (sportex.ws) and all associated services, mobile applications, and features. By creating an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.

Sportex is an international online Sports Betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and beyond. The platform operates under an international license and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

These terms and conditions have been written in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. For any clarifications, please contact the Sportex customer support team.

The following conditions must be met to open an account on Sportex and participate in any betting activity:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Sportex follows a strict age verification process.
• Single Account: Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Accurate Information: All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• Contact Information: A valid mobile number and email address are required.
• Password Security: You are responsible for the security of your own account. Never share your password with anyone.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) may be required for withdrawals above a certain amount.

Sportex reserves the right to decline any account registration at any time without giving a reason. A confirmation email will be sent once registration is complete.

Sportex supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is set by Sportex and displayed on the payment page.
• Payment Method: Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods.
• Processing Time: Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly. In some cases, it may take up to 15 minutes.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Third Parties: Depositing from another person's account is strictly prohibited.

If a deposit fails or funds are deducted but not credited to your account, contact Sportex support immediately. Keep a screenshot of the transaction and the reference number.

The following terms apply when withdrawing winnings from Sportex:

• Verification Required: Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Same Method: Withdrawals must generally be made using the same method as the original deposit.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Withdrawals below the minimum amount will not be processed.
• Bonus Balance: Winnings earned from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Suspected Fraud: Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if fraud is suspected.

The following rules apply when betting on Sportex. These betting rules cover all Sports Events, live betting, and virtual sports:

• Bet Finality: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and the stake will be returned.
• Odds Changes: In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the ones that apply.
• Maximum Bet Limit: A maximum bet limit applies to each event and market.
• Incorrect Odds: Sportex reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous.
• Multiple Bets: Placing multiple conflicting bets on the same event is prohibited.
• Cash Out: The cash-out feature is available on select events and subject to specific conditions.

Sportex's betting markets span cricket, football, tennis, badminton, hockey, and more than 50 other sports. Sport-specific rules can be found on each respective betting page.

Sportex is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent betting environment at all times. We reserve the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns detected on the platform.

Sportex offers a range of exciting bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to the use of these offers:

• Welcome Bonus: A welcome bonus is available to new users on their first deposit. It becomes withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, which are detailed in the respective bonus offer.
• Duration: Bonuses must generally be used within a specified timeframe. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonus offers may not be applicable at the same time.
• Abuse: Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sportex platform and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's information
• Operating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses
• Betting using automated bots, scripts, or software
• Colluding with other users to fix matches or manipulate outcomes
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the Sportex system
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Placing bets on behalf of anyone under 18
• Attempting to access another user's account

Sportex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period
• At the user's own request
• Due to Legal Obligations

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting Sportex support. Any verified balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed, but bonus balances will be forfeited.

Sportex is not liable for the following:

• If a bet is lost due to an internet connection issue
• If a delay occurs due to a third-party payment provider error
• In the event of a temporary service disruption due to unexpected technical issues
• Due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or government directives

That said, Sportex always strives to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and to minimize any inconvenience to users.

Any dispute between Sportex and a user will be resolved through the following steps:

• Step 1: Submit your complaint directly to the support team at support@sportex.ws or via live chat.
• Step Two: If not resolved within 72 hours, the matter will be escalated to management.
• Step Three: For complex disputes, users may apply for resolution through an independent arbitrator or licensing authority.

Sportex believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We are committed to fostering a responsible gaming culture, which is why the following features are available on the Sportex platform:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Set a limit for yourself and avoid betting more than you can afford.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Reality Check: Set reminders to take regular breaks.

Sportex reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. When changes are made:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email address.
• A notice will be posted on the platform's homepage.
• The date of the change will be updated at the top of this page.
• For significant changes, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please request account closure.
